Terms and Conditons

1. Quote Validity
This quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.2. Estimate Disclaimer
The above-mentioned cost of services is an initial estimate and may be subject to adjustment depending on project scope, revisions, or additional requirements.3. Deposit and Payment Terms
A 35% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote to reserve the project schedule and secure the booking. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the release of final files or deliverables.4. Client-Provided Assets and Licensing
The client is responsible for providing all necessary assets, including logos, fonts, images, and other materials required for the project. Any images, fonts, taglines, or other assets requiring licensing or purchase shall be the responsibility of the client.
If only low-resolution, rasterized, or non-editable assets are provided, recreation or redrawing of these materials may incur additional charges.5. Design Direction Approval
Initial design concepts are presented to establish a clear design direction for the project. Once a direction has been selected and approved by the client, subsequent revisions will focus on refining that chosen direction.6. Revisions
The project includes up to three (3) revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges depending on the scope and extent of the requested changes. Revisions that substantially alter the approved design direction or require the design to be significantly redeveloped or recreated may be treated as a new design request and billed accordingly.7. Scope of Work
Requests outside the agreed project scope may incur additional charges depending on the complexity and time required. In certain cases, such requests may be treated as a new design task and billed at the full design cost.8. Rush Requests
Requests requiring a turnaround of 1–3 business days will incur a rush fee of $30 USD per request.9. Weekend Work (Philippine Time)
Work requested during weekends or non-working days (Philippine Time) may be subject to additional fees and will be dependent on the availability of the designer.10. Project Timeline and Client Delays
Delays in providing feedback, approvals, or required materials from the client may affect the agreed project timeline.11. Drafts and Concept Usage
All drafts, concepts, and preview files are provided for review purposes only and remain the property of the designer. These materials may not be published, distributed, or used commercially until the final design has been approved and full payment has been completed.12. Color Proofing and Print Verification
Due to differences in printing equipment, materials, inks, and color calibration, the final printed output may vary from what is displayed on digital screens. Clients are strongly advised to request color proofs, mock-ups, or sample prints from their chosen supplier prior to full production to verify color accuracy, sizing, and finishing. The designer shall not be held responsible for color variations or production discrepancies once final files have been approved and released for printing.13. Final Artwork Sign-Off
Before files are released for production, the client will be provided with the final artwork for review and approval. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully check all details including text, spelling, dimensions, layout, and specifications. Once final approval has been given, the designer shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or issues discovered after production has begun.14. Production and Printing Disclaimer
The designer shall not be held liable for errors, quality variations, or damages resulting from third-party printing, fabrication, or production processes after final file delivery. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all files prior to production.15. Project Cancellation
If the project is canceled or terminated after work has commenced, the initial deposit remains non-refundable. The client agrees to compensate the designer for all work completed up to the date of cancellation before any project files are released.16. Response Times and Project Inactivity
The client agrees to provide feedback and required materials in a timely manner. If there is no response or project activity for more than fourteen (14) days, the project may be considered inactive. Resuming the project may require schedule adjustments or additional fees depending on the designer’s availability.17. Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership and usage rights to the final approved design deliverables for their intended commercial use. However, the designer retains the right to enforce the usage restrictions outlined in these terms, including limitations related to AI training, derivative generation, and unauthorized reproduction.18. Updates to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified from time to time to reflect changes in services, pricing, or policies. The latest version will always be available at: https://924hundredtnc.carrd.co/. Continued use of services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.19. Artificial Intelligence and Derivative GenerationAll drafts, concepts, design files, and final deliverables created by the designer are protected creative works. The client may not upload, submit, or use these materials within artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning systems, generative design platforms, or automated content tools for the purpose of generating variations, derivative designs, or alternative concepts without prior written permission from the designer.This includes the use of AI tools to modify, reinterpret, recreate, or produce additional versions of the designer’s work beyond the revision terms defined in this agreement.Any AI-generated outputs derived from the designer’s work without authorization shall be considered unauthorized derivative works and a violation of the designer’s intellectual property rights.
